- Stocktaking with site inspection, college/school management and architects.
- Workshop on key topics and possible development scenarios for learning spaces and communal areas as a vision.
- Determine spatial requirements. Workshop on functional units and their spatial relationships to each other. The focus here is on users.
- Presentation and action-oriented results report for the steering group for final approval.
